  • Built in 2007 to the designs of Healy Partners, this commercial development provided a new landmark for the city’s boundary.
  • The development used to include a furniture shop and an indoor children’s amusement park, but is now mostly empty and awaiting redevelopment.
  • This site was used for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the 39th edition of EVA International in 2020 and 2021.
  • For the 39th edition, EVA adopted a three-phased approach as a response to Covid-19 restrictions.
  • This site hosted two exhibitions across the phases, which featured works by 19 Irish and international artists as well as archival research presentations presented by the Kosovo Oral History Initiative and Kiila/The Wedge, Feminist Archive.
  • Reconciliation of Blood Feuds Campaign 1990–1991 (2021) led by Erëmirë Krasniqi, Kosovo Oral History Initiative was an archival research presentation which captured the unique experience of Kosovo at the beginning of the repressive Milošević regime.
