  • This mixed-use residential and commercial complex, which opened in 2006, was designed by Murray O'Laoire Architects.
  • Murray O’Laoire Architects were one of Ireland’s most prolific architectural studios during the 1990s and 2000s, designing buildings such as Terminal One at Dublin Airport and CIT Cork School of Music. The studio was formed in 1979 by architects Sean O’Laoire and Hugh Murray, who was chair of EVA for more than 30 years.
  • An empty retail unit at the site was one of 12 venues for the 30th edition of EVA in 2010, curated by Elizabeth Katz (b. 1953, Sweden) and titled matters.
  • Here Fionnuala Hanahoe (b. 1974, UK) exhibited Piecing Together (2009), a floor installation of mirrored jigsaw pieces that she invited the public to assemble.
  • The venue has not been occupied since. An EVA graphic remains visible on the windows to this day.
