National Rehabilitation Board (NRB)
- This building on Mallow Street was home to the National Rehabilitation Board (NRB), which provided service to people with disabilities.
- Mallow Street is named after the Rev. William Cecil Pery (b. 1721, Ireland; d. 1794). Having been consecrated Bishop of Killala in 1781 and Bishop of Limerick in 1784, he was created Baron Glentworth of Mallow in 1790.
- This site was one of 26 listed venues for the 22nd edition of EVA in 1998, curated by Paul M O‘Reilly (b. 1934, USA/Ireland).
- The 1998 edition was the most expansive edition in EVA’s history in terms of number of venues and artists.
