Spring Rice House
- This end-of terrace red-brick house was built in the mid 19th century and faces Pery Square.
- Designed by architect James Pain, this terrace of Georgian townhouses overlooking the People’s Park was built for the members of Limerick’s high society in the area known as Newtown Pery in the 19th century.
- This site was selected as a venue for EVA in 1998, 1995 and 1993.
