  • Launched in September 2025, One Opera Square is a key commercial building within Limerick's wider Opera Square development. It is the first building to be completed on the Opera Square campus, which, when fully delivered, will also incorporate a library, a hotel, and retail facilities. The project was developed by Limerick Twenty Thirty in partnership with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund. The six-storey office building was designed by COADY Architects, who led the architectural vision for this first phase of the development.
  • This site was one of nineteen venues used for the 41st edition of EVA International in 2025 presented as part of the Guest Programme, It Takes a Village, curated by Eszter Szakács in collaboration with the EVA team.
  • Here, Naeem Mohaiemen (b. 1969) presented A Missing Can of Film, (2025). This was a film, newly commissioned by EVA, that traced the lost left politics buried within an unfinished film by Zahir Raihan, edited in the style of Soviet Realism and Third Cinema during the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War.
